The Rosa di Gorizia is a variety of red radicchio grown in the municipality of Gorizia and in the border area of San Pietro (SLO) and Salcano (SLO). The particularity of this vegetable is the shape that reminds the flower, the intense red color but above all the cultivation method that is handed down exclusively within 10 families of the area. The product is awaiting the DOP mark.
